We take great pride in our products. Let us serve you, our customer, better and further improve on our products and services, please let us know your reason for returning the merchandise(s). Items in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days accompanied by our original packing slip. Item that have been washed, worn or embroidered cannot be returned. We cannot refund original or return postage.

| How to Return or Exchange: |
Please fill out Return / Exchange form that is accompanying with the original receipts with items that you would like to return or exchange. Enclose the forms with the item(s) you are returning or exchanging and ship it to ˇ°Return/ Exchange Departmentˇ±. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. In order to better serve and meet the needs of our customer please let us know your reason for returning/exchanging merchandise(s).

We process all returns immediately upon receipt of the item(s). Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 5-10 business days for us to receive your return. If you placed your order with a credit card, please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you paid by check, your refund check will be sent to you via fist-class mail.
Please note if you have backordered item(s) the refund check will be issued as soon as your order has completely shipped.
